At Throne Over Dust, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work to make it right.

Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners, please review the policy below carefully before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of damage caused after delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How To Start A Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

For standard returns that are not related to defects or fulfillment errors:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Minor variations in print placement, garment sizing, color tone, and texture may occur due to the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will typically be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@throneoverdust.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
