We do not guarantee that product quality, materials, or appearance will meet every expectation.

All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance and availability.

Because products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once production has begun.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate before placing an order.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are provided solely at our discretion for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Minor print variations
Shipping delays outside our control
